Harp Studio
Simone and her harp provide an elegant accompaniment for private parties, corporate events and holiday promotions. Her repertoire includes classical, popular, show and folk. A sensitive and versatile musician, Simone’s music makes the event particularly memorable. Cello, flute and violin can be added for chamber performance.
Simone’s eclectic musical background includes concentrations in performance, education and dance. With an undergraduate degree in Music Education from King’s College, she received her Master’s Degree in Harp Performance under the tutelage of Rosalie Pratt at Montclair State University. During this time she uncovered the Quintet for Harp and Strings by Peter Tchaikovsky and performed the US Premiere. Her extensive private training includes instructors Mildred Dilling and Pearl Chertok. Simone is a well established instructor of harp to students ages 5 to adults.
